Ingredients
- 2–3 pounds of Diesmillo or flank steak
 - 1–2 tablespoons of Mazola® Corn Oil
 - 2 limes, juiced
 - 2 oranges, juiced
 - 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
 - 1 tablespoon of black pepper
 - 2 jalapeño peppers
 - Salt to taste
 - ½ of an onion
 - 1 bunch of cilantro
 - Salsa of choice
 - Guacamole
 - Corn tortillas
 
Instructions
- Step 1) Add the Mazola®️ Corn Oil, limes, oranges, garlic powder, black pepper, jalapeño peppers, salt, and onion into a zip-top bag. Add the meat, and let it marinate for at least an hour.
 - Step 2) Next, grill the steak for about 3–5 minutes on each side, depending on desired doneness.
 - Step 3) Remove steak from grill and cut into small chunks.
 - Step 4) Assemble your tacos with tortillas and top with cilantro, salsa, guacamole.
