Baked Lemon Crusted Chicken Thighs

  1. In a bowl, add Mazola® Corn Oil, chicken bouillon, garlic powder, lemon pepper, crushed red pepper, onion powder, lemon juice, parsley, red pepper flakes, and honey.
  2. Mix until combined.
  3. Pour the marinate over the chicken thighs and let marinate in the fridge for up to 4 hours.
  4. Once marinading is complete, bake chicken thighs at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
  5. Serve with rice & veggies and enjoy!
