Ingredients
- 6 (6-ounce) salmon filets
- 2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
- 3/4 teaspoon sweet basil
- 2 tablespoons Mazola® Corn Oil
- 1-1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Step 1) Rinse salmon; pat dry.
- Step 2) Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and brush over salmon.
- Step 3) Grill or broil 4 to 6 minutes per 1/2-inch thickness or until salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork, brushing often with sauce.
