Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen (thawed)
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup, light
- 1/2 cup Mazola® Corn Oil
- 3/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Step 1) Combine raspberries, vinegar, corn syrup and mustard in food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
- Step 2) Gradually add oil while mixing. Season with salt and pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
