Ingredients

Carne Asada Marinade:
  • 1 ½ lbs carne asada or flap meat
  • ¼ cup Mazola® Corn Oil
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • Salt & pepper to taste
Shrimp Marinade:
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 2 tbsp Mazola® Corn Oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate the carne asada and shrimp for at least 30 minutes. Grill the carne asada over medium-high heat until nicely charred and cooked to your liking. Grill the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until fully cooked. Serve with tortillas, rice, beans, salsa, cilantro, onion, and lime.
