Ingredients
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic minced
- Generous grinding black whole grinder pepper
- To taste sea salt grinder
- 2/3 cup Mazola® Corn Oil
Instructions
- Step 1) Combine red wine vinegar, sugar and minced garlic in a small bowl. Set black pepper grinder to coarse and generously grind into vinegar mixture. Grind in a small amount of sea salt. Gradually whisk in corn oil.
- Step 2) Serve over crisp salad greens.
