Ingredients
- Filling:
 - 6 tablespoons sugar
 - 1-1/2 tablespoons corn starch
 - 1 pint strawberries, sliced (about 2 cups salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
 - BISCUIT TOPPING:
 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1 tablespoon sugar
 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
 - 1/8 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 cup milk
 - 1 tablespoon Mazola® Corn Oil
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
 - For Filling: Combine sugar and corn starch in a 1 to 1.5-quart casserole. Add strawberries and lemon juice; toss to coat.
 - For Biscuit Topping: Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Stir milk and oil into flour mixture until a soft dough forms.
 - Drop biscuit topping in 4 mounds on top of filling.
 - Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until fruit is bubbly and topping is golden brown. Serve warm.
