Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, skinless and boneless, cut into thin strips
 - 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
 - 2 tablespoons Argo® Corn Starch
 - 3 tablespoons Mazola® Corn Oil
 - 1 package sliced mushrooms
 - 1 cup snow peas
 - 1 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
 - 1/2 cup cup green onions, cut into 3/4- inch pieces
 - Sauce:
 - 1/2 cup chicken broth
 - 1/2 cup soy sauce, lite
 - 1-1/2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
 - 2 tablespoons Argo® Corn Starch
 
Instructions
- Step 1) Combine sauce ingredients; set aside.
 - Step 2) Toss chicken breast with ginger and corn starch. Heat oil in large skillet or wok over high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until chicken is no longer pink. Add mushrooms, snow peas and bell pepper; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes until vegetables are crisp and tender. Add onions and sauce mix. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and boil for 1 minute.
 - Step 3) Serve over rice.
