Ingredients
4–5
pounds
of pork loin
½
cup
of lime juice
2
garlic cloves

tablespoons
of Mazola® Corn Oil
2
tablespoons
of fresh parsley
chopped

tablespoon
of thyme
1
tablespoon
of oregano
2
teaspoons
of salt
1
teaspoon
of pepper
1
onion
sliced
1
jalapeno
sliced
½
bunch
of cilantro
chopped
Instructions
Step 1) Mix in the marinade ingredients with the pork.
Step 2) Coat well and keep in the fridge for 1 hour at minimum—overnight is best.
Step 3) Remove from the fridge and heat the grill.
Step 4) Grill on both sides for 3–4 minutes.
Step 5) Set aside and cover until ready to serve.
To serve, slice pork into thin slices.
Serve on warm flour tortillas with salt, jalapeños, cilantro, jocoque (or sour cream), salsa and lime juice.
