Ingredients

Skewers

pounds of shrimp
raw, peeled, and deveined

tablespoons
of Mazola® Corn Oil
1
tablespoon
of smoked paprika
2
red bell peppers
cut into squares
2
green bell peppers
cut into squares
1
red onion
cut into squares
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Begin by seasoning shrimp with Mazola® Corn Oil along with smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
Mix well and marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Add shrimp, onion and peppers to skewers.
Grill for 2 minutes both sides or until shrimps are cooked through.
