Ingredients
For Tacos:

Mazola® Corn Oil
1
pound
lean ground beef
1
tablespoon
beef seasoning
⅓
white onion
chopped

potato
cubed
1
carrot
cubed
1
cup
water
Handful of cilantro
roughly chopped
For Salsa:
3
Roma tomatoes
5
chile rojo
2
garlic cloves
1
teaspoon oregano
Instructions
Add Mazola® Corn Oil to hot pan, then add ground beef and beef seasoning.
Cook until beef starts to brown, 4–5 minutes.
Then add chopped onion and vegetables.
Add water and chopped cilantro and let simmer until veggies get tender, about 5–10 minutes.
For salsa, boil tomatoes and chiles then add to a blender and blend with garlic cloves.
Add 1 teaspoon of Mazola® Corn Oil to hot pan, add salsa and sauté salsa until it thickens, about 3–5 minutes.
Sprinkle oregano on top.
Heat up tortillas and add picadillo, then top off with your choice of toppings.
