Ingredients
4
cups of
all-purpose flour
¼
cup of
sugar
1
tablespoon of
salt
¼
ounce of
rapid rise instant yeast
4
eggs
6
tablespoons of
Mazola® Corn Oil
1
orange
zested
½
cup of
warm milk
½
cup of
granulated sugar
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast. Mix well.
Add the eggs, Mazola
®
Corn Oil, and orange zest. Mix again, then slowly add the warm milk while mixing and kneading until a soft dough forms.
Place the dough in a bowl greased with 1 tablespoon of Mazola
®
Corn Oil. Cover and let rise until doubled in size.
Once risen, shape the dough into a round loaf. Form smaller pieces of dough into “bones” and a small “cranium” to place on top of the bread.
Transfer the shaped dough to a baking sheet greased with Mazola
®
Corn Oil. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Brush the top with a little Mazola
®
Corn Oil and bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
While still warm, sprinkle granulated sugar over the top. Serve and enjoy!
