Ingredients
  • 4 medium potatoescut lengthwise into 8 wedges
  • Seasoning:
  • 3tablespoons Mazola® Corn Oil
  • 2tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1teaspoon leaf oregano
  • 1teaspoon crushed rosemary
  • 1/2teaspoon salt
  • 1/2teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 to 1/4teaspoon black medium grind pepper
Instructions
  1. Step 1) Combine oil, vinegar and seasonings in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Add potatoes; toss to coat.
  2. Step 2) Bake at 400°F for 50 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
