Ingredients

Mazola® Corn Oil

bistec meat
seasoned salt

Roma tomatoes
halved and sliced

white onion
halved and sliced

jalapeños
halved and sliced lengthwise

yellow potatoes
diced

hot tomato sauce (such as El Pato)

Instructions
Cut meat into small, thin pieces.
Add 2 tablespoons of Mazola® Corn Oil to a pan.
Add meat to pan, season to your liking (using seasoned salt and salt).
Mix, cover and cook meat on medium-low heat for 15 minutes.
Add a dash of Mazola® Corn Oil to meat and add in vegetables.
Mix well, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Add diced potatoes.
Add the hot tomato sauce.
Add 1 cup of water.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until potatoes are fully cooked.
Plate and enjoy!
