  1. In a large pan, heat Mazola® Corn Oil over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the hot skillet in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding the pan.
  3. Let the beef sear for up to 2 minutes before stirring, so it develops a nice brown color.
  4. Stir for another few minutes until the beef is mostly browned but still slightly pink in the center.
  5. Add the onion strips, green peppers, and red peppers to the skillet with the beef.
  6. Stir everything together for about 5 minutes, until the onions become slightly translucent.
  7. Sprinkle in the dried oregano, garlic salt, and paprika. Stir well to coat the beef and vegetables evenly.
  8. Continue cooking for another 2 minutes, or until the beef is fully cooked through.
  9. Remove from heat and serve alongside Mexican rice and beans.
